Pellenc Cage-Destemmers are designed to be the robust and reliable solution for high-volume destemming. All Pellenc Cage-Destemmers H600 and larger are designed to be conveniently paired with the mechanical sorter, KLINER (optional).

We have used PERA destemmers in our cellars for many years. They are reliable and robust and enable us to separate stems, leafstalks and leaves as well as foreign bodies from the grapes, without breaking the actual grapes. Our destemmer has a selector to choose between harvests to be cleaned and those already clean, which allows us to by-pass the destemmer and thus avoid crushing the grapes already destemmed. The rotation speed adjustment of the destemming shaft enables us to do quality work at a rate of approximately 50 t/h.

KLINER

KLINER is a sorting table with built-in automatic adjustment to fine tune the harvest output for the highest quality. The new KLINER comes in multiple sizes, designed to be mounted on a sliding bracket underneath one of the Pellenc high-volume cage destemmers.
