  • Selectiv’ Process Winery M

  • Selectiv’ Winery Process S

The Selectiv’ Process Winery S is a machine that better adapts to the flow rate than the SP Winery I knew previously. It is compact, which saves time with cleaning (20 minutes). The purchase price is commensurate with the size of the estate (12 hectares and 11 people sorting in 2011). Always with the same Selectiv Process Winery quality!

Destems while keeping berries intact

  • Linear high-frequency destemmer.
  • Gentle separation of the berries from the stems with vibrations.
  • Berries and stalks remain intact.
  • Loose berries pass through the grid conveyor belt with no crushing.

Sorts and remove stems and leaves

  • Roller sorting table
  • Elimination of juice and small waste (seeds, immature berries, small insects, etc.).
  • Petioles are diverted (solid notched roller feeders).
  • Stems, leaves, leaf stems, branches, foreign body, etc. (screen rollers with spikes) are removed by the waste auger.
  • Sorting is tuned by adjusting the speed, gap and offset of the rollers.

Available in 3 sizes

Winery S is designed for wineries with space restrictions or lower throughput, while maintaining the same Selectiv’ Process 2 Quality.

Selectiv’ Process 2

Gentle destemming minimizes excessive maceration, revealing clean, whole berry results.

Easy Cleaning

Access doors open on all sides of the machine to speed up cleaning, along with gas shocks to assist lifting the destemmers in the air.

Adjustable legs vary the height of the machine to accommodate your needs, or mount the Winery on a Pellenc Frame to minimize crushpad footprint requirements.

Solid waste removal

Small MOG removed by Selectiv’ Process 2 sorting table.

Gentle Destemming

Keep raisins and unripe berries on the stems
